Mats

Handwoven in cotton.

Woven from cotton on traditional looms — 7mm to cushion a daily practice at home, 3mm to fold light and travel. The grip comes from the weave, not a coating.

Bolsters

Let it hold you.

Kapok-filled bolsters take the body's weight in restorative shapes — round, oblong and more — so nothing has to work to hold the pose.

Cushions

Find your seat.

Cushions and zafus lift the hips and steady the spine — a grounded seat for meditation and pranayama.

Essentials

The everyday pieces.

Belts and blankets, mat bags and lavender eye pillows — the small things that carry and complete a practice.
