Shipping & Returns.

Orders on the India store ship from our warehouse in India and are delivered anywhere in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST, and there are no customs duties or import fees on domestic orders — the price you see is everything you pay.

For delivery to Canada or the United States, switch region from the menu and order on that store.

Orders over ₹2,500 ship free. Below that, the shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are delivered by Delhivery, tracked door to door. Most pin codes receive delivery within five to seven business days from the day the order is placed, including the one to three business days of packing. Remote pin codes can take longer; tracking is the most accurate source for any specific order.

We do not currently offer expedited or weekend delivery, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Modern Yogi is registered under GST — GSTIN 05ACCFM1154D1ZT. GST is included in the prices shown and itemised at checkout, and your order confirmation serves as your record of purchase.

You can return most items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition we can resell.

Returns within India are free — we arrange a pickup or email you a prepaid label, whichever suits your address. To start a return, sign in to your account, open the order, and choose Start a return. We'll reply within one business day with the arrangements.

A few things we are not able to accept back: items that have been used on a practice surface, and items with visible wear. Items specifically marked as final sale on the product page also cannot be returned.

Exchanges follow the same window. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement whenever suits you — you don’t need to wait for the refund. The refund follows once the return reaches us.

Refunds go to the original payment method — the card, UPI account, or bank account you paid with. We issue them within five to ten business days of receiving a return, or of confirming a lost-order resolution. From there, the timing depends on your bank: UPI and card refunds typically post within another five to seven business days.

For orders paid with a discount code, we refund what you actually paid. The code is consumed by the order and does not return to your account for a second use.

The shipping fee on the original order is refunded if the return is due to our error (a defect, a wrong item, a missed shipment) and not refunded if the return is a change of mind.

If the refund hasn't reached you within fifteen business days of our confirmation, write to us with the order number and we will trace it with the payment processor.

If an order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further, and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost and arrange collection of the damaged piece.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check first with neighbours, building reception, and the local Delhivery facility. If it does not turn up within five business days of the marked delivery, write to us and we will open a carrier trace and either re-ship or refund the order.

Orders can be cancelled up until the moment they are packed. After packing, the order is in the carrier's hands and the cleanest path is to wait for it to arrive and start a return.

To cancel an order, sign in to your account and use the Cancel order control on the order page. To change a shipping address before packing, write to contact@modernyogi.co. Once shipped, the change controls are replaced with tracking.
