Wholesale and studio orders are confirmed and invoiced within 1–2 business days of enquiry submission. Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched from India within 5–10 business days. During peak periods or for large orders, processing may take longer — we will communicate any delays clearly at the time of confirmation.
Every order is packed carefully. Products are wrapped in tissue and packed in natural materials where possible. We believe the unboxing experience is part of the practice — even for a pallet of mats going to a studio.
modernyogi.co ships wholesale orders worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, volume and destination at time of quotation. All shipping rates are included in your studio kit or wholesale quote.

Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and peak postal periods. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but will provide tracking for all shipments.
Wholesale orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our quoted shipping rates. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or a freight forwarder for duty estimates on large orders.
All goods are shipped from India with accurate commercial invoices declaring the correct value and product description. We do not undervalue shipments.
All wholesale orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided when your order ships. For large orders shipped via freight, we will provide the freight booking reference and carrier contact details.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and any damaged products within 48 hours of delivery and email us at hello@modernyogi.co. We will arrange a replacement or credit promptly.
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please investigate with your building or receiving team first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
