These Terms and Conditions govern your use of modernyogi.co and any wholesale or studio purchase made through or following an enquiry on this website. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

This website is for wholesale and studio enquiries only. Products shown are for display purposes — they are not available for direct online purchase. All orders are confirmed via email following an enquiry submission, with a formal invoice issued by Modern Yogi Ltd. By confirming an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make purchases on behalf of your studio or business.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
All prices on modernyogi.co are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices quoted in your order confirmation are final and include the studio discount applied at the time of quote. We reserve the right to change prices on this website at any time — the price charged will be the price confirmed in your order invoice.
Payment terms are specified in the invoice. We accept bank transfer, and payment by card as specified at time of invoicing. We do not store payment card information.
Our products are handmade from natural materials. Slight variations in colour, weave, and finish between items are inherent in handcrafted cotton goods and are not defects. Product images on this website are as accurate as photography and screen calibration allow, but may not perfectly represent the physical item.
Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and applicable customs information are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
All content on modernyogi.co — including text, photography, brand names, product names, colour names, and design — is the property of Modern Yogi Ltd and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modern Yogi Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
