Why each prop matters

Every prop serves
the nervous system.

Zafu Cushion

Lifts hips above knees — the single most important ergonomic adjustment for extended sitting. Reduces lower back strain that ends meditation sessions early.

Eye Pillow

Triggers the oculocardiac reflex — a physiological response that slows the heart rate. The most underrated prop in any studio. Practitioners who use them in Savasana never go back.

Bolster (supine)

Beneath the knees in yoga nidra, reducing lumbar pressure so the body fully releases. Beneath the sacrum in supported bridge. Behind the knees in Savasana.

Cotton Blanket

Warmth in Savasana is not optional. When the body cools during stillness, the nervous system cannot fully release. Natural cotton — warm, breathable, chemical-free.
